Working with Microsoft, Affirma developed a portal-based Reporting Dashboard to track key performance indicators and present them via a scorecard interface. These scorecards are used to track both lagging and leading indictors, and present users with a quick view of relative progress and performance over time. Each scorecard also allows the user to drill into the metrics displayed to uncover additional details and specifics in real-time.
