With a global workforce, there was no central place for Microsoft Operations to monitor the overall performance of the organization.

Working closely with Microsoft, we developed a portal-based Reporting Dashboard to track key performance indicators and present them via a scorecard interface.

We architected and structured information to optimize users’ ability to find what they need quickly in order to get work done.

To ensure seamless integration with the client’s existing technologies, we developed the portal-based Reporting Dashboard using SQL 2005, SQL Server Analysis Services and SharePoint.

The scorecard included drillability of real-time data with advanced charting.

The Operations Dashboard ultimately led to a 5% reduction in operational costs across the entire organization.
