Starbucks Sales Counter Top

The Problem
Starbucks needed a way to increase sales and management fulfillment for their Starbucks Counter Tops. The sale cycle and the turn around time to the customer was slow and cumbersome.
What We Did
Worked with Starbucks and collaboration partner to create the Starbucks Sales Counter Top. This is a WYSIWYG interface that resides on the sales representatives laptop. The application allows for the creation of the counter top right in front of the customer. Once the countertop is built, a one click process is initiated to send all the items directly to fulfillment in an excel spreadsheet. Affirma also created an installation that distributed this application across hundreds of laptops.
Results
Increase in sales of Starbucks countertops due to a streamlined process for saling and fulfilling to their customers.
