BroadSoft Big Data and Marketing Automation
BroadSoft needed to generate new revenue from their existing customer base through a network of over 700 service providers. They wanted to automate free trial campaigns based on numerous trial user interactions and behaviors within their unified communications product suite.
WHAT WE DID:
We worked with BroadSoft digital marketing on an ongoing basis to built landing pages, email templates and manage nurture marketing workflows within their HubSpot marketing automation platform. We helped create email templates with Calls to Action encouraging registration and usage of their free trials. In addition, we built and managed the microsite landing pages for each campaign.
Affirma and BroadSoft continue to partner in the development of this scalable free trial offer solution. We continue to develop and execute marketing campaigns in conjunction with BroadSoft and various service providers to help increase adoption of their platform.
