Educational Service Dynamics CRM
This educational service provider offers college planning services and workshops for high school students and parents. They came to Affirma with a custom application for reservations and payment processing. This application required duplicate data entry from their Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. Information could not be easily shared between systems, making workflows difficult to manage and causing issues in accounting/cash flow reconciliation.

Affirma gathered requirements and rebuilt the application within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Duplicate efforts were eliminated with process automation and workflows. The Affirma team developed custom functionality beyond what Dynamics offers out of the box, in order to support their core processes.
