Time Inc. Customer Portal on Salesforce Communities
THE CHALLENGE:
Time Inc. came to Affirma with an initiative to enhance the customer experience across their 30 million subscribers. The vision was to provide customers with an intuitive, self-service and support experience, while reducing internal administrative burden and driving revenue.
WHAT WE DID:
Affirma worked with Time to design and implement the customer service portal using Salesforce Communities, creating a variable user-interface design across their different brands. The portal has created new revenue generation channels for the business with up-sell/cross sell capabilities, account management and bill pay systems.
