Astound came to Affirma looking to improve their marketing strategy and communication between sales and marketing teams. They weren’t effectively leveraging customer engagement data, and had no formal campaign strategy in place. They asked Affirma to help them select a marketing automation platform and support its implementation.
What We Did
Astound selected Pardot as their marketing automation platform. Affirma partnered with Salesforce’s Pardot Implementation team to support Astound during the project. Working in collaboration with Salesforce, Affirma helped align the Pardot solution to Astound’s business needs. Our team helped Astound pilot several different campaigns and begin measuring success; helping define customer segmentation, create landing pages and run campaigns across multiple channels. Astound saw immediate increases in lead conversion and has continued to successfully leverage Pardot since the launch.
