Business Need

DiversyFund, a leader in online crowdfunding real estate investments, was looking for assistance tracking lead source properly, mapping fields between their marketing automation platform (Pardot) and their CRM (Salesforce) as well as building reports within Pardot.

What We Did

Affirma reviewed DiversyFund’s current tracking process and provided a findings and recommendations document to improve their lead source tracking. In addition, Affirma implemented the use of form handlers, created custom UTM Parameter fields in Pardot and Salesforce to track campaign lead source information from various channels. This involved extensive Q/A testing and coordination with IT teams to implement specific code on forms and landing pages. Affirma also created several reports within Pardot and Salesforce, including new opportunities, closed-won opportunities and subscribers.

Finally, Affirma created a variety of custom DiversyFund branded email and landing page templates built within Pardot that preserves the “drag and drop” functionality for ease of use. Affirma continues to support DiversyFund with Salesforce and Pardot needs.
