Seattle Pacific University – Marketing Automation with HubSpot
Seattle Pacific University (SPU) was looking to make some changes to their marketing processes to increase their efficiency while maintaining the high level of quality and service they are known for. In addition, SPU was looking to reduce the amount of marketing apps and platforms they were using to achieve these results. Finally, due to the multitude of disparate systems, SPU was looking to improve consistency around their branding.
What We Did
Through a variety of on-site discovery sessions, Affirma evaluated SPU’s current systems and pain points as well as overall marketing objectives in order to recommend a marketing automation platform that would meet their needs. After arranging demos of the top two contenders, so SPU had a chance to evaluate the platforms themselves, they went with Affirma’s top choice of HubSpot.
Upon selection and purchase of HubSpot, Affirma proceeded to configure and customize their platform, including adding relevant users, uploading assets, creating custom fields and more. During this time, Affirma also went through extensive onboarding with key stakeholders to ensure platform success. The in-depth training included, form creation, social media integration, emails, landing pages, workflow automation and reporting to name a few of the topics covered.
